I have a slim fast for breakfast everyday
Garden salad with a grilled chicken breat and no dressing for lunch
I almonds (15) or 2 oranges or 2 apples at 4 pm
Various dinners, but always home cooked, high protein, low fat and low carb
Example of dinner is tuna steak, spinach leaves, grilled bell peppers
Work out with weights on Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Run 3 miles on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
I am not losing belly fat. Please help
