Adrenal fatigue suppressing 5a-dht and 5b-dht? Please help..

    Differences between 5a-DHT and 5b-DHT??
Could one please advise what 5a-dht and 5b-dht is responsible for??

I found this hormone panel below based on adrenal fatigue and low 5a-DHT and 5b-DHT

    DHEA 690 (100-2000(
    Testosterone 7.1 (20-200)
    5a-Androstanediol 6.8 (22-131)
    5b-Androstanediol 106 (40-401)
    Androsterone 275 (2000-5000)
    Etiocholanolone 3501 (1400-5000)
    Pregnanetriol 413 (200-1500)
    Cortisone (E) 135 (31-209)
    Cortical (F) 144 (30-170)
    Tetra hydrocortisone (THE) 5010 (2100-7400)
    Allo-Tetra hydrocortisol (5a-THF) 34 (700-3800)
    Tetra hydrocortisol (THF) 3879 (1200-4500)
    11B- Hydroxyandrosterone 173 (613-2298)
    11B- Hydroxyetiocholanolone 151 (153-950)
    Aldosterone 18 Low Salt (6-25)
    Allo-tetrahydrocorticosterone (5a-THB) 31 (130-600)
    Tetrahydrocorticosterone (THB) 497 (30-240)
    11-Dehydrotetrahydrocorticosterone (THA) 322 (76-456)
    HGH 1416 (1065-4722)

I found this hormone panel on some guy who had adrenal fatigue. He has low 5a-DHT and 5b-DHT, does this information insinuate adrenal fatigue can cause low DHT hormones? IF so the supplement industry is very paradoxical. I have had problems with libido for a while.. and its not getting better. I am trying to address the problem and trying to get to the root problem.

    E.g. Preworkouts > adrenal fatigue > causing low-normal t, low-DHT levels.

I don't know much about it (besides what I could google in 2 minutes), but Androstanediol is not DHT.

Are you sure, isn't it a derivative of DHT and converted into 5a-androstanediol and 5b-androstanediol

    They're precursors to DHT.

And why are you pulling up old posts from 2008?

trying to get to the bottom of why my beard growth, chest hair growth, libido etc is declining at 22 years of age.

I have always had a high libido and thick/coarse beard.

Im trying to figure out if I have fried my adrenal glands to the point its affecting my DHT levels etc..

What makes you think it isn't just hypogonadism? That seems much more obvious.

Post up your own bloodwork. Because I already explained the other guy's issue (hypogonadism).

Funny enough, I have acne on my face and alittle on my back. How do I have pimples on my if I have low-t/dht I dont get it, can estrogen or inflammation cause acne?

The acne is not a problem though, I am worried about my libido, poor quality of sleep, soft testicles and tighter scrotum, low motivation and mood.

1 year ago, I use to wake up with morning wood and use to have sex at least once a day and masturbate twice, lol a-little personal but I want to get to the bottom of this so..

My OEST2: 83 Range: (<150) I dont know if its high or not.

All this was conducted in Sydney, Australia.

I need reference ranges and units of measure. Those numbers alone don't tell me anything.

    The levels are:

    TT: 24 pmol/l (9-30 nmol/l)
    SHBG: 53 pmol/l (11-71 pmol/l)
    FSH: 2 IU/L (<7)
    LH: 4 IU/L (<7)
    C-Reactive Protein: 90.5 (<2)
    Plasma Glucose: 4.4 mmol/l (3.4-5.4)

    Thanks

You need your DHT, free test, estrogen, prolactin, and cortisol levels checked.
And what is your cycle history? (especially the most recent events)
