Is this a good bulking diet plan?

    Hey folks,

I'm currently running a cycle of sust250 and finaject. I know a lot about proper nutrition but I'm look for other opinions on what I can change to really make my body grow

My diet plan for the day looks like this

8 am- 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 cups of natural oatmeal

10 am- 2 scoop Cytogainer shake

1 pm- 3 oz steak and 1 cup brown rice (PreWO)

    3 pm- 2 scoop Cytogainer shake(PostWO)

4 pm- 1 can light flaked tuna with light mayo and two slices of whole wheat bread

5 pm- 3 chicken breast fillets and 1 cup brown rice

7- 1 can light flaked tuna

Can you breakdown your diet into macros I.e. protein, carbs and fat. Work out your maintenance calories then we could go from there

Post macros as bigsiv recommended. Diet looks poor for gaining LBM. I can make some suggestions when I see macro summary.

That's a cutting diet for some one not on gear!!!
Dutch the first shake and substitute with 8ox chicken breast and a cup brown rice
Substitute the beef with 8 oz chkn br 1 cup br rice
Have 10 oz of beef with veggies for the last meal of the day
The tuna meal put two cans of tuna and make tuna salad and add a big potato to it as ur post workout meal....

What time do you go to bed? Cause your last meal is at 7pm and if you are trying to bulk and are going to bed after 10pm that is a bad idea imo. I would add some casein protein before bed. And also why are 3 of your meals only 1 hour apart?
If it were me I would get rid of the eggs and buy the liquid egg whites. You can get 4 cartons of them from Sam's Club for $5.88 and each carton has 10 egg whites. Just drink and done my friend. The 2 cups of oats is too much imo as well. That is a lot of oats once they saturate with water.
Like Muscleink and bigsiv said please post up you macros. For example egg white: Fat 0 Carb 2g Protien 26g Calories 117
I got the info from here:

I've been hitting the sheets at about 9:15 every night.. I've heard you can also wake up mid night and toss a shake? Is this a good way of keeping your muscles saturated at night or a myth?

Personally I don't think that's a good idea you shouldn't disrupt your sleep as that is when the muscles are growing.
