Short Body recomps, two steps forward 1 back.

Anyone have logs or experience with bulking and dieting in the same time frame 3 week mini bulk, then 3 week cut. ? rinse and repeat. what are the CONS Of training like this over a shorter period of time. Instead of going hard for 12 week + then switching up.

thinking outside the box and regular views is my middle name

mock i did a similar thing awhile back unintentionally. except i ate at what i thought to be maintenance for 2 months and gained like 15lbs or so. then i cut for 3weeks and got back to my original bf% except i weighed 10lbs more!

its what im doing again.. ill prob see how im doing after 4weeks. figured what the heck!

makes cutting a lot easier and its always fun to bulk cuz u get to eat!

id prob do 4 weeks instead of 3 but that just my opinion. i think i remember cue saying he followed a similar deal: 8week bulk/ 2week cut

The reason i ask, and i know this will get me some negative rep lol is looking at the possibility of the 2 on 4 off Bill Roberts cycles. NOt great compared to a proper 8 week cycle BUT when recomp is the goal and being able to use the cycle in accordance of bulking and cutting like this over short periods of time... and combining the two. This on paper thus far looks like it could be the recomp training method that would work best for me. Not trying to pawn this off on anyone else nor advice it as a good idea.
