    need some sound advice

    I am having a hard time getting carbs in. Is there anything wrong with getting mostly protein before workout and then loading up on carbs pwo as long as I hit my macros? I do a 16/8 IF. Any advice at all is appreciated.

    When do you workout?? Before or after you break your fast?

    add some oats to your pre work out shake. im assuming you drink about 5 of these a day?

    No, I drink a 42g shake pre and post. I get most of protein from food.

    I do fasted cardio with some bcaa.....I workout after I break my fast. I get about 80-90g protein before workout and roughly 50g carbs. I think maybe putting raw oats in with a shake could be key here. What do you think?

    is your work out in the fasted state? if not add carbs to your pre work out shake or eat oatmeals 1 hour before going to th egym. Try and gte at least 30g of carbs in from some source.

    try to plan your first meal that you break your fast with 3 hours before you work out. then have a carb snack meal an hour before the gym then have your 40% daily intake PWO meal and then finish off your last meal with just protein and fats.

    i wouldn't use BCAA for fasted cardio. , take after cardio and every 2 hours until u break ur fast. Just skip taking before the cardio.
