I am having a hard time getting carbs in. Is there anything wrong with getting mostly protein before workout and then loading up on carbs pwo as long as I hit my macros? I do a 16/8 IF. Any advice at all is appreciated.

add some oats to your pre work out shake. im assuming you drink about 5 of these a day?

try to plan your first meal that you break your fast with 3 hours before you work out. then have a carb snack meal an hour before the gym then have your 40% daily intake PWO meal and then finish off your last meal with just protein and fats.
i wouldn't use BCAA for fasted cardio. , take after cardio and every 2 hours until u break ur fast. Just skip taking before the cardio.
