    losing muscle?!

    i just got off a 6 week cycle of mdrol and im losing the muscle i put on im running a pct of nolva what is hppening how can i prevent this

    either you are loosing water weight you think is muscle or your diet isnt good enough to support your new weight after cycle
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    you're losing water... 80% of weight gains on a mass cycle is just water retention, but since it happens so fast and you hold that water for a long period of time, you kinda get used to the look and might actually belive that thats real muscle mass and when you lose all the water, you could actually feel smaller than you were...

    to know for sure - keep the track of your weight and bodyfat % at least once a month.

    Not sound like a broken record, but......DIET!

    We keep telling people here that diet is first and foremost. It will drive many of your gains and more importantly, sustain those gains off cycle. The most common answer I get is "my diet is good". The reality is, too many people blow this off.

    If your nutrition is poor, bye bye gains.

    It's just that simple.
