How old? How long you been training? dieting?
You have a very good base to start with at such a young age...you look about 17-18? If that's correct, stay natural for 5 more years, you can easily gain another 30-40 pounds in that time if you work hard in the gym and eat right. Definitely potential there bro.
ps -how's the weather down there in Colombia?
I hate when people give weights and height in kg.... Good base to start with bro. Eat a lot and hit it hard for next few years. What opinions exactly do you want to know?

Thanx for the age..... Now I´m 23y/o, my birthday was on March 25th....
I have been training for about 3-4 years........ but it is too hard for me to gain mass.... that´s what I´m thinking about doing a cycle with eq and sust.
The cycle will look like:
week 1------> 500mg/sust 500mg/eq
week 2-9------> 250mg/sust 400mg/eq
The main porpouse fo this cycle is to gain some quality mass and to cut throught cardio....
What do u think about this ?????

ps - the weather is just rainy..
From the looks of the physique, you might want to seriously start critiquing your training and diet before you consider a cycle. To me, it doesn't seem like you have the type of body that has trouble gaining mass, so my guess is that your diet needs work.

what are your work outs like? how many sets and reps are you doing?
I do:
Monday: Chest(4 exercises (4sets*10rep)) and biceps(4 exercises (4sets*10rep))
Tuesday: Squads (4 exercises (4sets*10rep))
Wednesday: Rest
Thrusday: Back(4 exercises (4sets*10rep)) and Calves(4 exercises (4sets*10rep))
Friday: Shouders(4 exercises (4sets*10rep)) and triceps (4 exercises (4sets*10rep))
Saturday and sunday rest.
EOD doing jogging in the mornings before breakfast......
What I want is to loss fat, and to gain some more muscle.... what do u peolple think about the cycle I told you before???
