Hey there just wanted to say hey and let any women here know about my success with Var. It was my first cycle ever and I am coming to the end of a 12 week cycle, started the first week off with 10mg/day then next week jumped to 20mg/week then leveled out at 25mg/week. My diet had been dialed in for a while and so had my training but the results have been awesome, definitely made my muscles "Pop" that is for sure, strength gains have been awesome too, it took a little while for it to kick in, I would say about 2-3 weeks before I really noticed some serious gains. I have had little in the way of side affects, the only one that I can truly say that I have had is some acne on my face, but it really has been more like a few zits here and there. I gained good muscle, and leaned out quite a bit as well. I am coming off it a going to take a break and see what gains I do keep,(will keep you posted on that part of it too) going to cycle it back on for a show in a few months. I know we are all different but this is my success story.
