    Creatine Hydrochloride?

A creatine search only shows threads from like 5-7 years ago... would like to see somethings a bit more recent!

My question is if people still take this stuff and see results? I'm all natural up to this point. No supplements or AAS. Looking to see if I can get some interesting gains from this supplement.

    I'm 28.

BF % is probably around 10.
Lifting 14 months straight with a lot of time before that just on and off.

I am also pretty confused as to which brand to go with... seems to be sooooooooo many fakes! Also can't find a solid source of information proving that Creatine Nitrate can HURT you...? AND that Nitrate is inferior to Hydrochloride?

Hydrochloride is just a stomach acid so its fast absorbing. If money is an issue just take micronized mono-hydrate and front load and use every day. probaly get 2-3 times the amount of micro mono to the con-crete.

We have tried every type of creatine out there and at the end of the day regular 100% pure micronized creatine monohydrate is what you want.

Who is we? I wanna try the Hydrochloride because I like the no side effects but great results idea. hahaha :-)

Hey Mockery, what brand did you use for the Hydro? How did you dose it?

EDIT: Con-Cret is the brand? :-) Sorry!

EDIT AGAIN: Anything else to take with it? To counter whatever issues may arise OR TO supplement the creatine?

Well, I bought the con-cret creatine. I will try that for a while and then try the micronized mono and see if there is a difference.

    I also bought beta-cret!

Has anyone tried Creature by Beast Nutrition? It has the Creapure blend. I switched from monohydrate, but I am not sure if I see too much of a difference besides the reduction in bloating.

why is mono better? where is the scientific proof it is better?

when i get exactly the same thing YES i do not get any bloating or water retention and better strength gains and its in and out of my system. This baffles me. Especially when Hydrochloride is only a stomach acid attached for faster absorption.

I'm totally new here but what's the difference between micronized creatine monohydrate and regular creatine monohydrate? I was looking at chewables and couldn't find the micronized type.

you find yourself a quality monohydrate creatine, micronized or not, and the rest is simply flavors, packaging, marketing hype..blah blah blah.

Micronized is just ground up smaller so it absorbs better. People used to get stomach discomfort when the particles were too big. Most are ok now micronized or not, but might as well get the better product.

the logic here is still not proven why mono is better.

if creatin really does combat myostatin, then wich method is best? i take every creatine avaiable. to ensure if this is the truth im getting better odds of it working better or at all for myself.

Mono still makes you hold water, sitll makes you bloat regardless if its finer or not... sorry im not a fat of being moon face gorilla like most of teh guys in the gym..

But is it safe to say that Con-crete vs Micronized Mono are the same as far as being effective? For example, the gains I see or don't see with Con-Crete should effectively be the same on the Micronized? Because creatine is creatine? It's all about how it is delivered/absorbed?
