Ok to take all of Vitamins together

Ok guys i have Multivitamin (Universal Animal Pak), Arimidex, Dbol 30mg, Flax Oil, Liver Support. I workout out in the evenings. My question is Can i take the Multivitamin and Arimidex together? Also liver support does it have to be 4 hours apart from the Dbol? Also with food or does it matter? Any suggestions guys would be greatly appreicated?

I take all mine together including morning dose of d-bol. Then the rest of the d-bol split thru the day.

I see you're 6' 285lbs. What is your bf? You'll probably need to drop some weight before doing AAS.

My bad i should have updated. I am currently 238lbs. My BF%14. So the absorption of those will not interact with each other? Thanks for the response.

i was wondering this the other day, but forgot to post it up. had doubts taking a load of pills in the morning cos i thought they would be too much for the liver to deal with and that some may just get passed right out.

most vits and supps are water soluable and do not put much strain on your liver. Personally, i see absolutely no reason/benefit of splitting up my vits/sups over the course of the day. Yes, it's quite the handful to swallow down all at once. for me, i do it this way as it is a part of my routine. if i change my routine, run the risk of forgetting to take.

that's alot of work. what additional benefit do you get from that, as opposed to just swallowing down the caps whole?

Vitamins, like medicine, works best when their level in the blood stream is constant. I used to take multi-vitamin three times a day so I can keep a constant level in the blood stream. It was water soluble so I'd extricate everything I didn't use. Then I got lazy and took the whole handful at once. Know what? I still feel good and have a high level of energy output. I think the theory is still sound about taking vitamins throughout the day. In reality, I don't think it matter too much.
