I hate weight gainers. To me they are a waste. What are your stats? Its better to have a solid base before taking supplements

Out of those creatine is the only one worth while in my opinion but what kind is it?

Omega 3s are awesome for heart and brain health. You could just buy those at walmart or ne pharmacy in my opinion. I take 1000mg 3 times a day of fish oil
i like the Animal Pak for a good multiviamin, but its 13 pills per pack and you take it once or twice daily depending on how you train. If you dont wanna take that many pills, I'd recommend Men's Sport Multivitamin from GNC.
Creatine is great. I use Celltech usually.
As far as weight gainers, thats personal opinion. Ive only used Isomass when I use a weight gainer because its full of Omega 3, 6, 9s and 7 types of creatine. I love it.

i also agree though that you need a good workout regimen and diet and a nice strong base before taking supplements, I personally think EVERYONE should be taking a multivitamin and Omega 3,6,9s

a multi vitamin, creatine monohydrate powder, L-glutamine powder, and a whey & casein blend protein shake mix (that contains both non essential & essential amino acids as well as bcaa's). This is basically what I feel is needed for me. I have tried a lot of other different, fancy supplements and feel I've found that these are what works best for me.
