You keeping your sodium levels in check?
Lower your dose.
May or may not be a problem but a problem a lot of guys have with bloat is simply their diet and they blame it on the steroids. If you're consuming a lot of carbs, an excess amount over what you really need, you're going to bloat with or without an AI and with or without steroids. Granted, you can get away with more carbs when you're on cycle, but there's still a cutoff point. Food for thought - pun intended.
What the heck are you taking, OP?
This is his post from the other day......
"Here we go. Just pinned my first test e cycle today and everything went well except a little shaky trying to switch hands to drop the plunger. Here it is.
1-12 500mg test e/wk
1-12 12.5mg stane ed
I have liquid torem and raloxifene for pct . Plan on starting pct 14 days after last pin. Anyone familiar with ar-r products, could you recommend dosages for the torem and raloxifene. Thanks."
depends what AI your running. Most people won't use letro because it's too strong but it's the only thing that keeps the bloat away for me.Originally Posted by greenwell001
I'm just more sensitive to bloat than most and my diet is very clean, low carbs and low sodium + lots of water intake.
You could look into letro as an option.
My diet is clean. I really never thought about sodium intake, but that makes perfect sense.
How did you come up with 3400 cals?
You need to figure your TDEE, then break down macros. This will help you determine how much you need to bulk or cut and you can adjust the increase or decrease in calories from there. I would post your exact diet in the nutrition section for critique. the pro's there will help you adjust it and hopefully find out what is causing your bloat. Hopefully you're not doing lots of lactose.
It doesn't seem like your gear should be bloating you. You will get a better pump and the longer "E" ester will retain a little more water than a short ester like Prop.
