can you make fat free gains? or does gaining muscle come at price of gaining fat?

Hi, im on my first ever cycle of sustonon 250 on shot per week and 50mg per day of winny tabs, while on cycle im eating around 4000 calories, after my first week I've gained 12lbs, 8 of the pound are lean mass however I've also gained four pounds of fat! Is this to be expected, do you tend to gain fat on a sus cycle? Or should I cut my calories?

if you do it right, half fat half muscle.

why would you call it a sus cycle/? test is test is test is test is test

id say that 8 lbs is water

so after you finish yoru last injection and you gained 26lbs

13lbs of it would be water
    7 fat
    6 muscle.

and thats at the notion you are gaing 0.5 fat 0.5 muscle every week with a proper diet, and resistance training. With gear and traiing ( what works for me) IMO is increased volume but avoiding increasing the weight to much.. I do alot of research and alot of gusy from the 60-70 have said the same thing, "if i could do it again, ill increase volume and NOT lift heavy" I think im a smart guy and learn from peopels mistakes... Heavy lifting plays a huge toll on yoru body in the later years,

Bad ass avatar. ! ^^ marc.83 and its possible to make lean gains with minimal fat. But. Keeping size, strength and mass while dropping fat is one thing vs. Gaining and dropping fat. With key diet n cardio you should be ok.
