    First cycle Test e and dbol

    Junior in college majoring in exercise physiology. I am constantly talking to my adviser/professor about the research I do on steroids
    Age 21, yes I know the risks
    Height 5'9
    Weight 183 lbs
    Swimming 5 years, soccer 5 years, 1 year college swimming
    Weights 3 years
    Body fat was around 17 before starting
    Cycle history, ran an anavar only cycle for 7 weeks earlier in the year

    Goals
    Looking to get as close to 225 while on cycle and hopefully end solidly above 200 afterwards. I am looking to get into bodybuilding and going pro, hence starting at the younger age. I am not extremely concerned with watching my numbers rise on the weights, I'd rather see improvements in the mirror. This is mostly because of the exercises I will be doing such as DB presses, leg press, etc. I won't be doing much flat bar bench, squats, deads, or bar rows

    Cycle
    Testosterone Enanthate weeks 1-10 250mg/week (low :/ )
    - Sunday am, Wednesday pm
    Dianabol weeks 1-4 30mg/day for kickstart
    - taken at 4 intervals throughout the day
    -6:45am 5mg, 11am 5mg, 3:30pm 15mg, 7:30 pm 5mg
    Armidex on hand

    PCT
    Clomid weeks 12-16 100/100/50/50
    Nolva weeks 12-16 40/40/20/20

    Is this too much for only 250mg Test E?

    The Training Program

    German Volume Training at 8 sets of 10 with 2 sets of partials for a total of 10 sets of 10. Afterwards going into 2-3 more exercises per large group doing 3 sets of 10-15
    Day 1 - Chest and back
    Day 2 - Legs
    Day 3 - Off
    Day 4 - Shoulders and Arms
    Day 5 - Off
    I will post exercises, sets and reps in weekly updates.

    I went through the workout once before I started the cycle but I changed the exercises slightly after I started.

    Chest and back - Incline barbell 135 superset with lat pulldown 130
    Legs - Squats 185 superset with leg curl machine on 8
    Shoulders - db press 60 superset with barbell shrug 225

    I completed all 10 sets at 10 reps, but I did start too heavy on chest and back day and dropped down after 2 sets.

    I will post weekly updates every 7th day with diet log, training log, and possibly pictures. I have a couple questions that I would like answered. I quit drinking soda before I started this cycle but I'm wondering if I should pick it back up for the easy 100-200g of carbs a day? Also wondering if my PCT is too much for the low dosage of Test E or if I should keep it considering Dbol? Will taking a sleep aid cause any problems?

    Workout was pretty tough but had one of the best pumps of my life doing so many reps

    Best workout I have ever had in my life, most likely due to the adderall that I took. All of my main sets were so light and had an insane pump the entire time, got some really good pics afterwards. Just the best workout

    Great leg day, especially the front squats, most Ive ever done. Felt nauseas most the time. Bit of sleeplessness later at night




    Comments on week 1
    The test injections are a little messed up because we thought we would have problems with the times of getting together. All set now though at 84 hours apart. Weight is going up steadily. Ordered a 15lb bag of weight gainer, 1250 calories per serving, vitamin, glutamine.


    Pros - Great pumps, insane motivation, focus and drive. Weight feels light a lot of the time and I will be increasing a bit on some lifts.
    Cons - Haven't had really any sides, very slight acne but that just might be my normal self. A fair amount of sleeplessness at night though. Also I've been bringing a girl home since day 4 and have only had around 4 hours of sleep a night for 4 nights because of this. I'm pretty upset with myself about it and I will be back into my routine of going to bed by 10pm.

    Your not eating nearly enough and not the right kinds of food if you want to get big. You need to base every meal around a protein with proper starch and vegetables. Like Chicken, rice and broccoli. A bagel for your first meal is not enough. Macdonald's? Goldfish? You need to do some more research about proper dieting habits before doing this. Your putting your health at risk and won't gain as much as you could if you eat properly. You need to get at least 2500 calories a day and drink a gallon of water a day minimum.

    Please, I beg you to change your diet.

    Your reps should be in the 6-8 range for mass and that last rep should be a failure rep with only a minute to minute and a half rest between sets.

    Please fix your training.

    I don't really care what you do to be honest. I'm speaking from experience, take my advice or don't, the choice is yours.

    Hey Aurey.

    Welcome to the board. Just a couple of comments to help you along.

    Firstly, your cycle is fine but your PCT could be tweaked a bit imho. Reduce it to clomid 50/50/50 and nolva 20/20/20. Make sure you include your AI on cycle. I would dose it at .25 twice wkly to start and monitor obvious E2 sides. Increase/decrease if necessary.

    Dose your DBol at 10mg three times a day every 8 hours, morning, late afternoon, and evening before bed for stable bloods.

    hCG would not be a bad idea too. Something to consider.

    And lastly, and most importantly, your "diet." You really ought to head over to the Nutrition Forum and have this looked at. Otherwise you may be very disappointed at the outcome of your proposed cycle. Determine what your TDEE is and start from there. Its better to know what your daily cals are with macros so that youre not eating blind. Youre only wasting your time and money if you don't'.
