Swimming 5 years, soccer 5 years, 1 year college swimming
Weights 3 years
Body fat was around 17 before starting
Cycle history, ran an anavar only cycle for 7 weeks earlier in the year
Goals
Looking to get as close to 225 while on cycle and hopefully end solidly above 200 afterwards. I am looking to get into bodybuilding and going pro, hence starting at the younger age. I am not extremely concerned with watching my numbers rise on the weights, I'd rather see improvements in the mirror. This is mostly because of the exercises I will be doing such as DB presses, leg press, etc. I won't be doing much flat bar bench, squats, deads, or bar rows
Cycle
Testosterone Enanthate weeks 1-10 250mg/week (low :/ )
- Sunday am, Wednesday pm
Dianabol weeks 1-4 30mg/day for kickstart
- taken at 4 intervals throughout the day
-6:45am 5mg, 11am 5mg, 3:30pm 15mg, 7:30 pm 5mg
Armidex on hand
PCT
Clomid weeks 12-16 100/100/50/50
Nolva weeks 12-16 40/40/20/20
Is this too much for only 250mg Test E?
The Training Program
German Volume Training at 8 sets of 10 with 2 sets of partials for a total of 10 sets of 10. Afterwards going into 2-3 more exercises per large group doing 3 sets of 10-15
Day 1 - Chest and back
Day 2 - Legs
Day 3 - Off
Day 4 - Shoulders and Arms
Day 5 - Off

I went through the workout once before I started the cycle but I changed the exercises slightly after I started.
Chest and back - Incline barbell 135 superset with lat pulldown 130
Legs - Squats 185 superset with leg curl machine on 8
Shoulders - db press 60 superset with barbell shrug 225
I completed all 10 sets at 10 reps, but I did start too heavy on chest and back day and dropped down after 2 sets.
I will post weekly updates every 7th day with diet log, training log, and possibly pictures. I have a couple questions that I would like answered. I quit drinking soda before I started this cycle but I'm wondering if I should pick it back up for the easy 100-200g of carbs a day? Also wondering if my PCT is too much for the low dosage of Test E or if I should keep it considering Dbol? Will taking a sleep aid cause any problems?
