Hopefully someone will have the answer.....
I compete in the sport of armwrestling. For this, I need explosion, strength, and endurance. But most importantly, I need the MOST amount of strength gain, with the LEAST amount of water retention (to make my weight class.) I do not need anything that would be considered "physique changing"....just alot of power, and no weight gain. IF THIS IS EVEN POSSIBLE?
Any suggestions? I'm sure some will suggest Tren.
