Doctor currently has me on 1 cc once a week at 200mg/ml Cyp . it raised me from 302 to about 640. i am basically planning on cruising and blasting later this year. To my understanding 640 is still in the middle range for a 30 y/o. so even with the 200mg Cyp i am just at "normal" male levels. When i go for a 10 week increase i was going to up it to either 400 or 500mg per week. and i wouldsplit that into 2 shots unlike the once a week i have going now. I have about 4 cycles done in the past. last one about 2 years ago. I am 5'11" at about 160. I lost about 40 pounds due to an injury that led to a painkiller problem. All thats cleared up now... Ok now for the questions. If my gains are for mass and strength alone do you think 500mgs a week will raise my test levels to an appropriate level if 200 only brought it up to 640? What else would you guys recommend to add? in the past i used dbol but cant really find that of late. My diet is pretty solid, about 4000 cals min per day, at least 250g protein, carbs i dont count nor fat but i naturally eat pretty lean and carb heavy.
