So i hurt my elbow doing dead lifts last week and it is still killing me. Super tender while doing hammer curls today. I avoided doing dead lifts and waited till the end of my week to work out my arms and it is still tender. Could it be the test or the ai im taking... or did I really **** it up? I have been putting a heating pad on it at night to help but dont want to loose the progress on my training..![]()
