Besides its claims to help with your gyno, I honestly don't know what that cream would do to help you. Testosterone will convert to DHT via 5-AR enzyme, or to E2. If the Nolva is helping the HPTA to signal your testes for more testosterone, then I would imagine that's where you will be seeing the increase of test to estrogen, or if you had been taking HCG as well (not sure if you were or not)?
Along with the advise you get here, I highly recommend you work closely with your doctor! On a good note, just keep in mind that the body is naturally looking to find balance, better known as homeostasis. Sometimes the body's time frame is different than yours and mine. That's why I said in the other post that you got to take your medicine. Start pushing the body in a direction it doesn't want to go and you may never get healed. E2 is serious stuff, I can't emphasize this enough to you.
