bro, you shouldnt be running letro on cycle unless absolutly needed (if showing early signs of gyno) letro is powerfull and along with that you will have greater sides as with anything thats more powerfull!! most people use it for the reversal of gyno in its early stages. i suggest you run a good quality ai on cycle such as adex or aromisin to keep estrogen related sides at bay.
