I've been around for awhile, and this has never crossed my mind but....
If you've peaked your testosterone levels out from your cycle (test prop weeks 10-12) what are the negatives and positives of crash dieting those last 2 weeks?
I understand severe nausea and exhaustion but would you lose a great deal of fat? Or just be jeopardizing more muscle than fat loss.
Sorry for a newby question for being around so long but I researched for a bit and never found an ideal answer. I appreciate it.
