    Question when after first cycle i got some question~!

    I just got finished my first cycle using

    Sustanon250

    Deca
    200mg/1week
    300mg/2week
    400mg/3week
    500mg/4week
    500mg/5week
    600mg/6week
    500mg/7week
    400mg/8week


    D-bol
    50mg/ed untill 8week


    and after i finished 8 week

    i rest 2week
    and then started PCT using

    Nolvadex + Clomid

    20mg/ed


    but what i want to ask is
    i got 6~7kg of lean mass of muscle..
    but after cycle and start PCT.

    I lost so many weight and muscle..
    I know it will lost while doing PCT
    is it nomarl?
    is it becuz first cycle..?


    how much usually lost weight and muscle while doing pct?

    You screwed up big time... Sad to see cycles like this. Hopefully you don't wither away to smaller than you were when you started. Your most likely completely shut down for test thanks to deca... Your probably gonna grow boobs from not using an ai, and probably will have a terrible time restarting natural test production due to no hcg on cycle.


    Good luck and work on your nutrition... You'll need it in the months to come if you don't want to loose a shit-tonn of you muscle

    with no ail you probably put on a ton of water with d-bol and deca. So the water is going to come off. its not muscle.
    Also if you dont have a proper diet to support and new muscle you gained you will loose all of it.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Agree with what others said. Additionally ramping up doses is a bad idea. It serves no purpose except to delay your reaching elevated blood plasma levels.

    I agree with the others also.Plus that wasnt a good beginners cycle.Plus we dont know wat your diet was like.Beacuse if you dont eat enough to support the new muscle.You will lose it.
