    aas/cardio performance

Yesterday was my last pin of an 8 wk test/tren cycle. I liked the tren, however i do martial arts and being winded all the time isnt for me. Whats a good one to stack with test, that doesnt have that effect and if tren makes you winded are there compounds that have the opposite effect?

I have never personally experienced any benefit from steroids in the cardiovascular capacity. In fact quite the opposite. Nearly everyone I've ever tried I felt impacted me negatively in that aspect. Whether it be bloat as caused by deca and dbol. The cardio killing affects of tren as you personally discovered. Or the painful pumps in the shins from anavar. Virtually every compound I've run has done virtually zero to improve my athletic performance beyond strength and size.

Well I figured I was being fairy clear. I don't think you will see anything that won't affect cardio capability. EPO helps with endurance as someone else said. But that is a peptide, not a steroid. I don't think for endurance athletes anything can be run while competing that won't negatively affect performance. Now training and coming off, you can see positive gains and return to your former self as far as having lungs. But I believe pretty much anything you take, while on cycle, will not prove to be a positive in this regard.
