    Need FAT LOSS STACK WIthout Losing Muscle Mass

    Okay newbi on this site with a bunch of questions.....no nothing about any of this but wanted to do a stack that would allow me to lose fat and not muscle...not sure its possible but diet is in check and lift and do carido daily except sunday....does anyone recommend a stack and how would you take it....i am assuming these are all oralsupplements so please give dosages.....Is this something you can do for 12 weeks???

    What is T3 and where to get it?????


    I am 41 yrs old....diet is

    Protien shake and vitamins in morning...6:30
    60z chicken breast and 1 -1/2 cups maybe 2 at 9:00
    Lunch 11:30-12:00 same thing...
    8oz fish and brocolli at 2-2:30
    4:30 workout
    Immediately after workout Isolate shake..
    Chicken and brocoli at 6:30
    Shake or eggs at 8:30
    bed at 10:30-11

    If you're not running gear, T3 (hormone produced by the thyroid), will eat at your muscle. It's not very picky.

    What needs to happen here, is you need to calculate your TDEE, and start breaking down macros, so that you go into a caloric deficit properly.

    This thread will walk you through it, I would do this before you consider enhancers.

    Test levels are good...if not better than normal....everything was actually good....my main goal is to lose fat while not losing the muscle i have...i thought i seen where t3 burned fat....that is what i want to accomplish so something that i could stay on for awhile when i am trying to lose the fat....any help is suggested....Just looking for something to enhance the fat burning effects...have tried over the counters thermogenics and starting to get emuned to them....

    I would do as austinite said and check TDEE first. Adjust caloric intake, it should take much, and go from there. I have found that those redline energy drinks are the bomb as suppressing appetite and gives outstanding energy levels. Only take HALF the bottle to check tolerance. I know this sounds dumb, but those energy drinks are a hot topic and are thought to be banned soon. They are simply amazing! But do not take the full bottle. It is instructed to only take half anyways. I gave my dad one last week and he drank slightly over half. Guess what? Had to take him to ER. He panicked. He used to be a coke head, and he said he had the tingles up his spine. It was over reacted of course by the ER visit, but he had a panic attack and felt he needed to go. This is just an idea and might work out for you. You will still need to go by your TDEE and get that adjusted, but the energy drink will help you supress your appetite. And its a thermogenic.

    been doing this for years and my caloric intake has been adjusted and works but i cant get rid of stuborn belly fat....hit a plateu....have been using thermos like lipo 6, oxyelite....have taken oxyelite at 2-3 at a time but i like i said i have hit a plateu....switch diet and exercise alot....have read about Tren 75 or Clen...or the fat loss stacks on here and was wondering if it works???? does anyone suggest one or the other???? Thanks for your help....

    Screw Clen! I hate that crap. Tren needs to be used with a test base from what I hear, so thats just additional compounds that are unnessicary. Clen is dangerous for me. You could try the legal means first, as have been consistantly stated, or you could do the illegal thing, be lazy, and get results. Choice is yours. Good luck.

    YES, Would rather be lazy and get results....any suggestions....they have a product on here call tren 75 and test 600....is that what people are referring too??????

    Check your calories, I'm using clen from AR-R, along with keto. Calories are about 800 below maint. I'm losing fat like crazy. I was 308 6 months ago I'm down to 235. Lifting 5 days ew and cardio 6 days week. I'm also doing IF which you can read about here. There is a lot info
    Here just search and read and learn. If interested in the clen I suggest you read the sticky on it educate yourself before you jump into it being it is a strong theromgetic. Good luck

    No it's liquid oral, the clen start at 20 mcg for day 1-2 then up it 20 mcg every 2 day till you get to 120 mcg Ed if you get the keto take 1 ml Ed before bed. So it's going to look like this. Day1-2 clen 20mcg. Day3-4 clen 40mcg. Day 5-6 clen 60mcg. Day 7-8 clen 80mcg. Day 9-10 clen 100mcg. Day 11 and on 120mcg. After day 14 start running keto at at least 1 ml before bed, but if needed you can up it some guys go to 3 ml day I stay at 1 ml. With that said dude this is serious stuff so I suggest you read up on it here, just search clen and read and understand before you use it. It does have sides you need to be aware of them. AR-R having sale right now to 20% off. Their stuff is good too. Good luck

    ppwc1985 or anyone did you or anyone ever try the Clen on here??? DOes it work????? Thinking of getting some. Is the CLen on here the same as the liquid at ar-r??????

    Yes I am on clen right now, I get it from ar-r their stuff is quality stuff. And yes the clen works, if you use clen you need to get the keto too, otherwise you have to cycle the clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

    You should be able to get to 10% bf with diet and cardio alone. Maybe try carb cycling.

    I would recommend lowering your carb intake or carb cycling while being on EC stack. You will drop fat and lose minimal muscle, you don't need to use gear for that.

    Have used ec before but i got very constipated and bloated...any ideas why?????? carbs are most likely 100-150 a day as it is....did carb cycleing before but the benifits wernt worth the results...lost more eating limited amount of carbs throughout the day and none at night...Yes i was at 8.6BF but had stomach still.....just ugly fat.....i use thermgentics but was looking for something better....seriously thinking clen or if i knew why i got constipated on ECA Stack then i would most likly take that again...any thoughts anyone??????

    so if i go with clen i can do the suggested dosage up above...ppcw1985 at day twelve i would continue on dosage of 120mcg and keto of 1 at night...correct....is this 120mcg all at once...say in the morning??? or can i spread it out 2-3 times a day???? Also this is all oral...correct????? how long can i take it this way??? and how long will a bottle last???? Thanks,,,

    Everyone different, ppl say this and that and this won't work this will.just find what works for you. I keep my carbs low, I have days where I eat less than 50 gms, this works for me. I have used just protein shakes and lost bf and added muscle. There is no set way to lose bf, find what works for you cause half the info out in the world is bullcrap. Unless you a pro bodybuilder, don't worry about it just try to find what works for you. If you eat below maint calories and use clen, keto you will lose bf. I do cardio yes I walk at 4.0 mph and this works for me. You have to do cardio in some form or another. Good luck

    okay ppwc1985 one last question....i would like to use pill form of clen....is there a reliable place for it....i think i would get good results with it.....

    Idk where, I'm sure there is but I have learned online stuff like that is just scammer websites. That liquid oral is good, I bet even better than pill form. And the price is good. Dude it's not bad it don't taste bad or nothing, I would give it a try you won't get ripped off and their stuff is quality. Every one here uses them.
