Okay newbi on this site with a bunch of questions.....no nothing about any of this but wanted to do a stack that would allow me to lose fat and not muscle...not sure its possible but diet is in check and lift and do carido daily except sunday....does anyone recommend a stack and how would you take it....i am assuming these are all oralsupplements so please give dosages.....Is this something you can do for 12 weeks???

I am 41 yrs old....diet is
Protien shake and vitamins in morning...6:30
60z chicken breast and 1 -1/2 cups maybe 2 at 9:00
Lunch 11:30-12:00 same thing...
8oz fish and brocolli at 2-2:30
4:30 workout
Immediately after workout Isolate shake..
Chicken and brocoli at 6:30
Shake or eggs at 8:30
bed at 10:30-11
