Hi,
I just got released from jail for a few years where I was able to work out. I'm looking right now to gain a little bit more size but looking to get rid of the fat. I wasn't able to do cardio in there so i'm looking for information (dosages, pct) on a cycle that will help me gain some size while on a lifting and heavy cardio workout. My bf is unknown but as you can see from my profile picture it's probably pretty high. I'm also including my diet in here also if anyone can help me modify this as well i'd really appreciate it.
Diet:
Breakfast - 5 egg whites, 1 cup coffee black, half cup of oatmeal
mid morning - 2 servings of fat free cottage cheese, 1 bananna
lunch - 6oz chicken 2 cups vegetables (pre cooked) 1.5 cups of whole wheat pasta
mid afternoon 1 scoop whey protein, 1 half cup of almonds
Dinner - 6oz salmon/swordfish/other kinds of lean meat, 1 cup brown rice, 1.5 cups broccoli, 8oz fat free milk
mid evening - 2 servings cottage cheese, half cup of almonds
Before bed - one scoop casein protein
I've done a lot of research on test, tren, and winstrol and i'm looking for cycle information. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
