College starts up again tomorrow and iv got a yoga class on Mondays and Wednesdays. My aunt reccomended I give it a try, plus I'm looking to meet a lot of chicks. Iv never tried yoga and I'm not very felxible haha yet... I'm a fast learner and think that stretching and breathing techniques might really help me with my overall fitness. Anybody want to share any cool stories, advice or any other info? Here's a couple sneak peeks of what the class gets to deal with all semester haha.
