    Went from 160 pounds to 193 in the course of the year, all natural, only used protein. Starting on win and maybe some creatine within the next few weeks, so I'll put the results up then ish.

    great results Ridge, for one year... but on another thread you said you been training for 2 years, are you sure that's not 2 years transformation??? IF you say thats natural ,then you must have great genetics... i hope im wrong,because you are to young, but in my opinion, you used gear.
    Also, you say, your going to start "Win" do you mean Winstrol? If that's what you mean, then that's the worst thing you are going to do to your body, at your age, and specially using winny.

    Well, to be completely specific, I wrestled for the first year I was counting, with a little football, wasn't good though, where I did nill to any weights. About last december I decided to finally quit wrestling and I began hitting the weights heavily. Doubled my bench and squat since then though And I don't blame you for thinking I use "gear"(Which I assume means roids?), considering most people I meet still think I do haha. If I might ask though, why would it be a bad idea? A friend of mine cycled it twice, PCTing on Nolvadex, and he said he had some damn good results, which is why he offered it to me so I could get a competetive edge in this up and coming season.

    Here is the thing bro, and i know, IF you want to use gear, you will still use it, but at least educate your self.... you are to young, dont screw with your natural testosterone now, you are only 20, you have a lot of test in your body ; you say you are natural, then, you should be damn proud, of what you accomplish so far, because most people dont look like that, natural training one year...its not now, that you will see the side affects from roids, its later in life...also a cycle of roids should ALWAYS include testosterone , not just winny...you guys are young, and you think its ok you will be fine, but you wont, learn from other people mistakes...winny alone will kill your joints, and shut you down hard, and If its the pills, its hard on your liver,also kill|dry your joints and still shut you down... i have to tell you, IF your friend did winny 2 times without using test, then he is stupid, and believe me , he will pay for that later, and so will his girl friend ( if you know what i mean...well she can always get a toy...lol).... im 40, and stopped using winny, because it was killing my joints ( and i use test in all my cycles), but you are only 20... you haven't reach your total capacity , you will better off, waiting, at least until your 25, dont screw with your natural test....

    Thanks dude, I like how you're explaining this too me, you seem nice haha. And yes, I understand the warning you're giving me here, because I've heard winny is pretty damn killer on natural testosterone and all. Also, this is the inject able form, once a week injections too I think, or something like that. My reason for doing this one cycle I'm thinking about(Five weeks), is because at the moment, I am somewhat desperate for that starting spot in football. Also, why would I need to use test? Are you talking about like, T-Bomb or something?

    Not to be sound like a dick or anything but you got a lot to learn brotha, he means test prop, its another form as a base to go along with winny or any other gear, and do you even know what an ai is? And do you even got you diet set up! It's all about food- what's main purpose to use winny? Wanna get bigger, harder or what

    I just want pure strength gains, any weight would just be a plus, but not too much, I got to play defensive end after all. And you don't sound like a dick haha, I really don't know much. My friend said he would take care of anything I needed during and after. Honestly, I can say I don't V_V New to this, but him and his cousins have been at it for awhile. Plus, I have a pretty good diet.
    Breakfast- Three whole large eggs, glass of milk.
    Meal 2- Peanut butter sandwich.
    Meal 3- Two-three servings of chicken breast
    Meal 4- Two cans of tuna fish
    Meal 5- Protein Shake
    Meal 6- Either another peanut butter sandwich, or a can of tuna with another glass of milk. My diet for the past year.

    If you say you really dont know much about gear, would it not, make more since, to learn more about it, before you inject anything into your body? dont you want to know what you are doing, and how to keep your gains? honestly your friend dont know much either, and i would also advise him to come on this site to learn if he is giving you, that advise...beefy bod is not sounding like a dick, but i understand where he is coming from, we see and read threads like this all the time...you said it " im somehow desperate" he and everyone else are just trying to give you the best advise ( if you want it) , but you already saying your desperate, so no matter what we tell you, you still going to do, what your friend tells you....

    maybe its just the way i am, but i like to learn about everything i take, pros and cons even when its prescribed by a doctor, instead of just letting my friends tell me what to take and when to take it... it just does not make since to me...
    about 15 years ago, i had i friend back in Canada, that decided to do a cycle of test E ( first cycle), so he bought at the gym 10ml of test E 250 and he called me at home, saying he only needed 9 more bottles to do a 10 week cycle, since i was confused of what he was telling me, i told him i would be right over, to see what he had ( i thought he had 1 amp of test E ) when i got there i seen the bottle, and asked him ,why he was going to buy 9 more, when he only needed 1 more bottle, for a 10 week cycle? He thought each 10ml bottle of test E was for one week...now imagine if he never called me and decided to inject 10ml of test E in one shot ? i cant understand why people dont do their own research...his second cycle " since he thought he knew a little bit more " he never called me untill he was half way done his cycle, telling me he thinks his gear is fake, so once again i went over his house, seen the gear, and i told him it was not fake, then i asked him IF lately hes been eating more, and he said "Yes" so i told him..." see the gear is not fake, its working, you been injecting vitamin B12, it opens up your appetite, but you dont grow....my point, there is a lot you can read and learn , before you do something ; now a days its even better then before we had computers, there is no excuse for not wanting to learn....

    I can understand what you guys say on all that haha. And, I've done a bit of research, not saying I know everything, since I sure as hell don't know about administering or anything about the composition. I know I'm about to practically shut down most of my natural testosterone and all, but I'm in it to win for this football season, so I'm up for the gamble

    Regarding the diet. I sometimes eat rise or pasta at intervals in the day, but why isn't the diet that good? It did wonders for me apparently according to the past year. I've also started to take a scoop of creatine per shake, 33 grams of sugar alone.

    There is no way you transformed from pic 1 to pic 2 or 3 in a year bro. That is B.S. and ppl are nieve to believe you. That is a great build for your age and body type. Not sure what the real story is here, but nice build.

    Tell us the real story. Your diet is not great but that is not a year transformation. Looks like 40 lbs of muscle in a year. Maybe you were like 16 in first picture?

    Ha ha. The classic "protein, and creatine" line. If you weren't using gear you shouldn't even know what post cycle therapy is. And you certainly wouldn't have joined a web forum named STEROID.COM and uploaded your pics just at random. Kid, if you're 100% natural you should donate your body to science when you pass away because some scientists, somewhere would kill to study a human being with such superior genetics..

    I really don't understand why there is so much friction whenever someone who is 20 posts up that they are natural and no one believes them. I am sure a lot of it has to do with the fact that at 30-50 you will not change your appearence this much in a year or two.

    Keep in mind this guy was 19 and ( No offense to the OP) and was apparently somewhat of a late bloomer and looked like a boy at 19, but has transitioned to a young man by 20, much like myself at that age. So along with having the great increase in hormones, he had probably just stopped growing up so it was time to grow out, this kind of growth mimics the growth on will see through the use of steroids later in life since many of the same things take place throught the abundance of natural testosterone.

    Whether or not the OP has used or maybe used pro-hormones and did not consider them gear, I have no idea, I just hate when no one believes someone can be natural due to their progress.

    Anyway enough on that, sure you can grow quick with a cycle...trouble is when you come off cycle now you got to re-establish your natural testosterone again so you will go through a perioid of weakness during PTC and the period afterward. Point being if you do not have enough ability natural to play ball now you certainly will not make the cut in college or the pro's so do you really want to screw yourself up at this point, if you were in college and trying to make a good showing for some pro scouts where it was a career move then it would be different.

    Just my two cents,

    PS if you do decide to use anyway, you really need to look at a testosterone only cycle for a first go round. If you read up on this you will see that this is the preferred first cycle regardless of the sport, goals. etc.

    If you really are all natural and look like that.....id say stay away from the juice for a few years and read up a bit. I would just EAT to get big! More proteins from natural sources like fish chicken beans and eggs. With your genetics the right foods will do wonders!
