Hey everyone/anyone?
Ive been going to the gym now for 4 years and I've gained a little bit of weight but not as much as I've wanted, I have a really fast metabolism so it's hard to gain weight, I take protein shakes everyday and eat a lot. Ive decide to start taking steriods so that I can achieve the results I'm after, which is more weight,more muscle and strength.
What are the best steriods to take and in what cycle and time period?
