Hello fellow advisers and forum guru's, I am currently less than a month away from my first cycle on Test E (I already made a forum about how much I'll be taking). My question is mainly about any type of cardio such as long distance running, track, etc., is it recommended ? I will be jumping into a crossfit competition (please save your crossfit comments for I personally like gym more and I just happen to like Olympic lifting on the side) that will require a bit of endurance along with running, I used to play football and my track skills as well as muscular endurance are my strongest assets, in the forums I hardly see people talk about running, can someone please enlighten me on some facts or recommendations on whether it's bad to do track as you're on Test E?
