What do you mean exactly? I typically just increase the intensity at the gym a bit, along w/my diet. All the essential vitamins.
I don't run anything between cycles. Give your body a break.
I'd say you could run HGH safely between cycles. Other peptides. IGF, etc. but you are trying to recover so nothing hormonal in nature should be considered.
So a mini cycle prior to the real cycle. Nope. Give your body a break like the vets above recommend.
I meant bridging cycles, it's not something new.
I'll check out HGH. What do you think of pimbolan depot? Is it safe to bridge with?
Because 3 months feels like a long time, I thought it would help maintain more muscle until the next cycle if I cruise a low dose of a less potent compound.

You need to learn how to maintain while off cycle, if your going to bridge your going back on cycle and you will never be off. This does have consequences!
Learn how to maintain with foods,creatine,hgh and hard intense training in the gym. Dont start thinking your only gaining while on cycle, off cycle is vital to let your body get back to normal so you can attack growth again. Why not prime your body in the off time this will create a huge anabolic window when you do start a cycle and gains will be amazing.

you could possibly run a igf1 Des or IGF1lr3 6-8week cycle.
but i mostly rec sticking to support supps and to cintinue to keep eye on diet

The thing I notice about AAS is that guys get mentally addicted to the POWER. lol The super pump, the strength, the lean look, the sense of well being, etc. It's all very nice. The reality is that AAS is a short term solution. You just can't run compounds all the time. You gotta give your liver a break. The safest thing to be on between cycles is food. Clean, well balanced, meals. Good luck.
