Goals are to put on LEAN muscle.. i am wanting to minimize fat gains because i will be starting a prep in either january or february.
So if i could put on 15 lbs with only a little fat i'll be happy.. of course 20 will be welcomed with open arms
training will be Layne Norton's Phat routine... ive had great gains with it naturally so why not.
cliffs notes on routine.. every bodypart 2x a week.. once with heavy weights in the 3-5 rep range.. the second time in the 8-12 range
