I can understand tri's still being a little sore as you worked them on Monday and followed up w/a delt workout the next day. But chest, just a good workout perhaps? Is this a new routine for you? Maybe switch Day 2 and Day 3?

Yeah Pete it was mostly due to a damn good workout and pushing harder that everything is good and sore. I normally break up the upperbody stuff with the leg day as you recommended but I knew I was getting cut short a day this week so mixed it up and combined some things.

I just couldnt think of what to do as I was getting ready to go but it didn't matter as work called and I got screwed outa the workout anyhow.

Oh...I misunderstood that last part! I thought you said "you were SPENDING 50 minutes in the gym" not, you were going there in 50 min. sorry about that. Yeah, having to cram workouts in sucks but it happens. Well, good thing you got it in. and to be honest, i'd welcome the soreness as it's probably a good thing. I don't really get sore anymore other than the regular pops and cracks that occur. good Pumps but never sore. And if i were to get sore, i'd probably stay w/ the routine for a little bit.

You should probably look at having a rest day in between, you will find that your body will respond much better to weights as you are giving it time to repair
