Well, I'm curious if you've done any research on this. Gaining and cutting is not done with steroids. It's done with diet. @ 209lbs and 6'3, you seem to have a good potential for natural growth. You can easily gain by simply modifying your diet/eating habits and sleeping patterns.

I'm shying away from advising a cycle for you because at your age, you could cause long term damage to your endocrine system. It's only advisable to cycle once you've reached growth limits. This is generally at or later than age 25. I'd hate to see you cycle this early and end up on TRT for life, like me

Since you've got a few years left, I would focus on diet and training. Use those few years to research AAS as much as possible and gain the understanding of different compounds and how they affect your body. By then, you'll be ready to cycle properly. Take a stroll over to the nutrition section and let the pro's over there critique your current diet. Lots of folks pay big money for such advice, and you have an incredible opportunity to utilize this knowledge here, for free.

Best of luck to you, I'm sure you'll make the right call.

I'm talking about your hormonal levels. You are still growing in that department, every 22 year old is.

I understand your frustration OP, but Austinite is one of the more knowledgable, experienced, and respected members on this board. He's been doing this much longer than many and certainly longer than you. You would be doing yourself and your body an enormous disservice by not listening to the wise information he is offering.

Most guys your age don't gain because they don't know how or what to eat. Many will argue that they do but most have no clue what their TDEE is, caloric intake, or required macros to reach a growth phase for lean muscle mass.

Steroids are not the answer despite what others your age have said or are doing. Have you considered the likely problems you'll encounter if you start now? Hang around longer and read some posts from guys your age who didn't listen and see what mess they've done to themselves.

Steroids have been around a long time and aren't going anywhere. There is no need to rush into it until you have plateaued from nutrition, training, and your natural hormone levels. That plateau is a few years away yet.

You can make great gains w/a solid diet and regular training. Hit the Nutrition Section for help on your diet as those great guys and gals will be more than happy to critique your current diet and get you on the right track. Shutting yourself down right now could lead to lifelong issues, and quite frankly, just not worth it.

    Good Luck

you do one cycle and it's going to effect your natural levels, you have enough raging testosterone in you, stick to supplements like creatine or vasodilators......check out KRAEMERS method *Pre-exercise ingestion of a multivitamin, 3g Creatine, 70mg Caffeine, 0.2g Arginine → improved strength and power performance.
