I have been reading and researching as much as possible I have tried to read all the threads and stickies about test only first cycles, and the reasons for it. A few things I was hoping for clarification on. I don't know if I am not using the right search terms or I have overlooked these answers in another thread, or maybe I am just over thinking.
-If test only first cycle is designed to see how you react, and sides, etc. Should you run AI through the cycle "just in case" or should you have it on hand but not use it unless needed? I believe I understand its purpose, but again, if you are trying to find a baseline and see your bodies reaction.....wouldn't you want to cycle without it first to see sides (if any) or am I thinking about it wrong?
You must use an AI. Why just keep it on hand when you know estrogen levels will rise?
-I am also curious. Should there be a goal for this first cycle? Should you continue on the same lifting/diet program you have been on for your goals and just let the increased test levels assist in those goals? Should you switch to a bulk since you are going to have increased protein synthesis capabilities?
Of course you have to have goals. Nothing is accomplished satisfactorily without goals. Bulk if you need to bulk, cut if you need to cut.
Thanks guys! Again been reading and searching tons and these two things keep popping up in my mind. Great site with tons of info and lots of helpful people!
