Been doing some reading about these three. I know that clen and ECA raise your heart rate and assume NYC does as well.
If your target heart rate for fat burning is 60-70% of your max heart rate, for me 116-148bpm and your compound raises your resting heart rate would that in turn make it so you have to do cardio at a lower intensity to stay in that range and not be in the upper to max rate? Or do they affect work heart rate differently then resting?
