I decided to upload some pics from my first show (July 2011 @ 192lbs) and some current(230lbs). Let me know what y'all think.

What was your comp weight and bf%
I weighed in at 192. I'm not sure what my bf was. Maybe 9%. The only thing I had to go by while prepping was a handheld that changed depending on how hard you squeezed it.
So off season you ride around 230 and for on season weight your light heavyweight?
Yeah for right now a least. I just recently(in the last few months) got to 230. Before I started prep I was setting around 210-215. I want to start makin my way towards heavy and super heavy. I'm gonna lean out a little more then run my first cycle around January. Hopefully I can get close to 245-250 for my first.
Looking good man. So your starting your first EVER cycle in January??Originally Posted by zreinke

Solid! Keep us posted on the upcoming cycle.
Absolutely. Make sure you have everything and maybe a little more before starting.
Great results having not cycled before! Keep up the good work and don't let that bodyfat get to high.
Outstanding work, zreinke.
Looks great. And those on stage pics your bf% is very low. Under 6% imo
The avi pic is good, backs at that low of bf is impressive. Wish i could stay sub 10 all the time
Zreinke,
First off you look great!
I am no expert by any means, but what I would do even though its off season and you are bulking is to post pics in shorts or your suit ( full body shot) to enable those here who do compete to give you good feedback on where to focus your work for your next comp. In the pics from you last comp it looks (as is so common) like your legs are lagging a little compared to the rest of your physique.
Again phenomenal work.
PS When you do cycle make sure you are eating super clean and you use an AI on cycle. Since your first cycle will be test only its really easy to bloat up instead of achieving the lean gains you seek, a clean diet and proper use of an AI on cycle will minimize bloat and maximize lean gains. The thread by Ronnie Roland on priming for a cycle will help you to achieve maximum gains.....however DO NOT BE TEMPTED by his slingshot system as applied to AAS...this is for those who are much further along, not those who just starting AAS usage.
Also practice, practice, practice you’re posing, having you poses as well as your own routine well thought out and choreographed and in sync with your music can make a huge difference in you results.
Thanks, I appreciate the feedback. My legs were subpar during the show. I've been able to put some decent size on them since then. I'll take some full body shots this week and post them up. I wish someone would have told me to pose more when I was prepping. Thats one of the most valuable pieces of advice to me.
Awesome work!!!
