I am starting a cycle next week of:
30mg Dbol (oral) daily for 4 weeks
500mg of EQ split Mon/Thurs for 16 weeks
500mg of Test E split Mon/Thurs for 16 weeks
The questions I have:
Is this a decent cycle to gain decent size and strength?
Which and when should I add a cutting agent to this cycle?
And probably the most important question for me is when do I start my PCT and any experienced users out there have any suggestions of what should use for my PCT? A friend recommend Nolva but that's all he said

I am 34
Have lifted weights 15-17 years
I'm 6'8 and weight 130kgs (286lbs)
I have done a 6 week cycle of Prop by itself before and got good results and also a 8 week cycle of EQ before and also got good results (Some size and strength gains)
Last question I have is about lifting heavy while taking the gear. I developed a condition called Distal clavicle osteolysis, which affects the shoulder joint. The specialists said long term weight lifters are prone to get it. Can be repaired by surgery but I don't have the time to under go that at present. What this means is that I struggle to lift heavy bench or most other pushing movements. And by struggle I mean it hurts my shoulder to lift 60kg (132Lbs) on the bench.
Will lifting high reps in the 30 range or to failure be a waste of time while on the gear? I can lift heavy on everything apart from Chest exercises and a few shoulder ones. I could probably lift heavy enough to lower my reps to 10-12 with very slow and deliberate technique which keeping the weight down
