I do cardio 5 days a week which brings up the question can/should I do both on the same day? I have been so far but only lift 3 times a week. I was in this particular forum because it was about supps. If and when I feel I'd like to try AAS, I'd go to that forum to post. As of this particular point in time I seriously only am interested in what supps would be most beneficial.
