I want to start with low dose of the test e
And run the sust 250 shots eod for the short ester just for the first 2weeks
Test e 250mg twice a week
D-Bol week 1-4 30mg ed

Arimidex on cycle
And prob clomid pct

But I have deca I'd like to use it cause I had a crushed hand injury that bothers me but I am ****in scared of deca dick what do y'all think about the deca u think it will shut me down and I won't be able to get it up or will the test keep my lil man working

That is a heavy cycle for a first cycle! Test is powerful stuff! I would advise stick to test only for first cycle. Also this way you know how it affects you with sides and all. My .02...

You said sust 250 EOD. You also dont kick start with sust. Test P is a good test to kick start things, then you can switch.

I wanted to kick start my first cycle with an oral too. After I did a lot of research I found it's wise to do Test only on first cycle. Save the D-bol for cycle two!

27 years old I'm like 5'6 I weight prob 153 body fat not to sure but it's not much diet I work offshore so I eat 5 times a day at work with protein 2 or3times a day

You need to find out your bf% and actually plan a diet out. If you dont, your gains will disappear when you stop the cycle.

Personally I would do 12 weeks vs. 10. Test is supposed to kick in at it's strongest week 4-6. Might as well keep it going while it's working!

As we speak I eat as much as I can lots of chicken fish eggs protein drinks 4to5 times a day when I'm at home but I'm offshore more than I am home but I already eat out their like I'm crazy just cause of my high metabolism I know I need to add some carbs but I try to get as much protein in my diet as possible also I take fish oil b vitiamins natural testosterone boosters
