    Not Training Legs but still wanna put on size

    Hi guys i know the thread title is a very sensative topic to few due to YOU MUST TRAIN LEGS!!

    I cannot train my legs anymore due to a injury that has stopped my from squatting/leg press and leg extentions. my right knee has blown out basically and even after many months of resting them the pain has not gone.

    Honestly i am thinking its because of overusing my legs during work and smashing them hard in the gym that my right knee has just taken too much blows and the dr told me this would happen in the near future (Never listened because i love lifting)

    Anywho when i stopped training legs before they didnt lose any size at all really so my question being this

    Can you still get bigger without training legs or is it going to be harder?

    I can still do my other fav compounds that use a bit of legs (DEADLIFTS,RACK PULLS ect)

    My legs never will look like that even if I don't train them cause they keep size

    It was just a joke buddy... I'm the same way as you. Even when I wasn't training legs, I still had good size. I've always had thick legs.

    I haven't train legs in almost 2 yrs and look at my pics in my thread on members cycles...guess I got good genetics on legs

    My legs are almost that thin but have a little more size and shape but I am not as thick as him on top. Its kind of a joke at my gym because I can squat 365 for reps prowler push 630 pounds but my legs just will not grow. It sucks cause I notice people look at my legs compare to the rest of my body but what can I do. I played soccer while growing up also. They just never grew. I do calves twice a week. I do legs once a week then heavy strength training another day that focuses all on legs.

    Are u familiar with giant sets? Look into the Milos Sarcev leg day training ..some days I'll do that and u won't b able to walk next day n day after u will b hurting even to squat to take a shit lol...that's when u know ur legs WILLgrow

    JWP806 all good ma bro still its a funny pic... when i didnt train legs before due to injury my quads/hams/tear drop area were MASSED UP. people think i train legs hard even wen i didnt but when i do train legs back then the veins are the size of my forearm veins on thighs and quads which is weird coz i bulked up n bf was around 17 - 18% but when i leaned up once before i was a roadmap everywer mainly on my legs/chest/head everywere else was veiny as but not as big n veiny like those other places
