Hi guys i know the thread title is a very sensative topic to few due to YOU MUST TRAIN LEGS!!
I cannot train my legs anymore due to a injury that has stopped my from squatting/leg press and leg extentions. my right knee has blown out basically and even after many months of resting them the pain has not gone.
Honestly i am thinking its because of overusing my legs during work and smashing them hard in the gym that my right knee has just taken too much blows and the dr told me this would happen in the near future (Never listened because i love lifting)
Anywho when i stopped training legs before they didnt lose any size at all really so my question being this
Can you still get bigger without training legs or is it going to be harder?

I can still do my other fav compounds that use a bit of legs (DEADLIFTS,RACK PULLS ect)
