still on above cycle and looking to change hormone protocol to:

200mg test prop
700mg tren ace
600mg eq

goal 200lbs 5-6%

You asked to "RATE MY BLAST" so I am doing as you asked. It's not good. Now for some reasons. 1)you are to young 2)your diet is MOST LIKELY off 3)your expectations to go from 18%-5% with the use of gear is unrealistic (steroids are not diet pills and 5% takes CRAZY dicipline) 4) your doses and cycle are suicide in your condition and experience as an example (eq is will make you hungry as FK and gaining weight is obviously not your goal). Now if you like feel free to call me a fkn moron as well. I have no prob being ranked in the same catagorie as songdog!

I am not the same as when i started, i am 190lbs ~7% right now looking to add minimum 10-15lbs of MUSCLE and get down to SHREDS, dont tell me you can do this on 500mg test please if you gonna preach this, save it and gtfo

i take coq10, niacin, fishoil, to keep blood pressure and cholestrol in check. my blood work came out okay lol. I dont see a need to get off tren unless i need a mental break (i dont get much mental sides and i gone upto 700mg/week).
