    Best stack to cut body fat fast

    so i was wondering what the best stack for cutting down on body fat would be. if some of the senior members can advise me on this. please

    At 19 years old....


    500 calories short of TDEE.
    45 Minutes fasted Cardio 5 times weekly.
    1 Gallon of water daily.
    2 cups of Green Tea daily.
    0 servings of anything Lactose.
    0 Carbs from Fructose, Dextrose or lactose.
    8 hours of sleep.

    That's the most effective stack.

    It's not just the age bro. I would have advised you the same if you were 50. Gear does not determine whether you cut or bulk. It's your diet. "Abs are made in the kitchen" - surely you've heard that before. It's 100% true.

    Try posting your current diet in the nutrition section and you will get some critique. You will find out very quickly what you're doing wrong. Learn how to eat and you will cut.

    DIET AND CARDIO. To many new comers make the mistake of thinking just because a compound is catagorized as a "cut" it will automatically drop your bodyfat. This is why we see a lot of guys saying winny, eq, var etc are weak and or even bunk. There really is no short cut when it comes to droping bf%, it all happens in the kitchen and cardio machine. I dont even want to get into your age bro, your in your prime take advantage of your natty potential, dont cheat yourself out of it.

    I've been very successful with a ketogenic diet. It works incredibly well and incredibly fast. I lose 1lb daily, and it's easy to stick with. I can actually watch the scale go down on a daily basis and see the difference daily in the mirror.

    When you hear BF cutter that's not accurate at all. Masteron, Anavar etc are muscle hardeners. If you have incredibly hard muscles under a layer of fat you'll never know, would you... AAS are for growing, not shrinking. Since you've already stated your "going to do it anyway" (BTW, WTF does that even mean? Your going to take steroids to lose weight anyway?) You are going to shut down your undeveloped endocrine system with absolutely zero chance of achieving what you want and a way better than average chance of ****ing yourself up permanently. This is one of those statements that's actually more idiotic than it sounds...

    In fact, now that I think about the way you've laid this out I don't want to waste anymore time typing. If I was a mod I guess I'd feel obligated but since your "Going to do it anyway" all I have to say in closing is reread the first paragraph a few more times and if you see what I'm talking about head over to the diet section and I will help you out there. If not, I'll say good luck, but you don't stand a snow flakes chance in hell of getting what you want going at it this way.

    My first thread is 5 pages and 71 posts and they finally convinced me otherwise. Al-be-it I STILL want the information but I know what I have to do before cycling. Age. And cut down my 70-80lbs of fat but. These guys know what theyre talking about. I'd listen

    Even thought this is coming off to you as a smart ass reply, It really is a good answer. I would take this to heart at 19yrs old.
