    Clearing up the confusion ???

I've been on this forum since July. Currently, I am trying to get on some gear that will boost my metabolism and increase my test level. My primary goal is to lose a significant amout of bodyfat and increase my muscle mass. I work out over 21/2 hours each day 5 X's a week. I am currently 45 years, 6'4", 265 lbs. and approximately 20% bodyfat level. My metabolism is on the low range of normal and my t level is 434.

I am currently taking 1 cc of HGH daily, along with a load of supplements and I try to keep my protein intake at approximately 250 grams. I was thinking about getting on Tren, T3 and anything else that might help me in my quest to lose weight. I am really confused on the difference and the effectiveness between actual steroids, peptides and etc. Is Tren always a peptide or is it available in a steroid form. What about test? What is the most effective form of test and what can I take that will kick my metabolism into gear? Thank you in advance for any comments or suggestions! Dano

Getting a better diet would help. and Your probably over training do ing that much.
Do you mean 1 iu of gh?
Tren isn't a peptide. And you want to stay away from tren.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

I do 30 minutes of stretching, a one hour heavy weightlifting routine and a 30 to 40 minute of cardio. Is that still over training? What's wrong with tren. What gear do you recommend? Thank you!

With your size a small tweak to your diet will yield some amazing results. Get the BF% down naturally then let's look at a test only cycle first...but only after you trim down a little more to around 15%. Really shouldn't take long.

At 45yrs of age those are some pretty decent testosterone numbers. There are a lot of guys your age that would kill to have their levels that high naturally. I don't know how you're getting your HGH, pretty easy to get a prescription at that amount at your age...easy at any age over 30 really. Maybe that's why you referred to it in cc's rather than iu's. I know a lot of doctors prescribe already mixed HGH and just tell the patient to take X amount of cc's or ml's. Anyway, if you're struggling to lose fat, it should come off fairly easily if you cut your calories down a little more. I wouldn't seen any harm in a testosterone cycle and getting your levels up a little higher, it would definitely help but it might be hard to get a script with your levels already over 400.

As for Tren, there's nothing wrong with Tren but most will tell you to avoid it for a first cycle. I agree. It's a great steroid but it can be a little harsh on a lot of guys. Best to start with simpler cycles and work your way up to using Tren.
