Low test 5 months after cycle please help need experienced advice!

    Stats:
    Height: 5'10"
    Weight: 170bls
    Bf: 10%
    Age: 21

    Cycle History: 1
    . test e - 500mg/week (10 weeks)
. Hcg 500ui/week (ran out at week 9)
    . Adex 0.25mg e3d
    . Pct: Nolva: 40,20,20,20 with Clomid: 100,50,50,50,25,25

It has been 5 months since I finished my pct.
I thought everything went fine, didn't feel a crash after pct. Testicle size seemed normal, although I did have a dull ache through out pct in my testicles. This went away until a similar feeling started about a month ago, I went to the dr and got an an ultrasound. They said I have some fluid and possibley a little hernia which could be causing the feeling . Anyway while I was there I got some blood work done. They were reluctant to test too many things, but here is what i got:

Also this bloodwork was done while I was cutting, doing a keto diet with pretty much no carbs. I have noticed since i have been cutting a slight decrease in sex drive.
Although I do still feel pretty good.

    5 Months Post Cycle Bloodwork:
    LH: 8 U/L
    FSH: 7 U/L
    DHEA: 3200 ng/mL (8.7 umol/L)
    Oestradiol: <43 pmol/L
    Testosterone (total) 5 months post cycle: 15nmol/L (432ng/L) ---- > My Testosterone was 23nmol/L (662ng/L) (2 years pre cycle)

    Questions:

    1) What should I do? Should I do a Hcg blast followed by another pct or do you think my levels will eventually bounce back?

    2) Could diet and stress have affected my results by that much? It is around the anniversary since my mum passed away so i have been a bit more stressed.

    Thanks, really appreciate any help.

honestly diet does mean alot but in my opinion a crappy diet wont affect your natural test production, i honestly think your fine and will bounce back naturally. again just my opinion.

First off sorry about your mom passing..in my opinion your test is not that low although it seems that your estradiol may be a little high which can also cause low libido and make you feel a little depressed and down but everyone is different.I believe youll bounce back but hopefully some of the vets will jump on here and give you some advise.Definitely wouldnt do another cycle for 4 to 5 years if I were you and would just train natural. You have decent stats at 5'10" 170 with 10% percent bodyfat so you have a lot of potential goin natty.

your test may seem low compared with a 2yr old reading, but as you age, your test naturally decreases every year. your current reading still falls within the normal range, so i don't think you need to worry.

if you really, really want to do something about it, you might consider running another pct of low dose clomid only 50/50/25/25. but i really think you can live your current levels.

    Thanks for the replies.
I guess I will just change my diet back to normal for a few weeks and get some more blood work to see if that helps. I was eating quiet a bit under maintanence, with no carb refeeds and not much saturated fat.
I have read of other people complaining of low t while on keto diets, especially ones without carb refeeds, so hopefully that helps.
If anyone else has any advice or suggestions that would be much appreciated.
    Thanks.
