    Question Anybody actually stop after only 1 or 2 cycles?

    Has anyone here actually stopped after 1 or 2 cycles? Or does this thing just become a lifestyle? Is it easy/possible to maintain gains made with steroids after you stop? Thank you.

    How much you gain AND maintain is influenced by your nutrition which is why we preach it so often here!

    Number of cycles is determined by a lot of individual variables.

    i know a few people irl that said theyd just do 1 cycle to beef up a bit and well that was probs 6-7 cycles ago haha

    IF YOU DIET AND TRAIN AND DONT SLACK YOU CAN KEEP YOUR GAINS EASY!!!

    I tryed it i done a cycle with perfect training and diet just to see if everyone was talking bollocks about you have to stay on the gear and it took around 3 years to start noticing i was losing muscle and that was because i eat what i wanted got drunk and hardly trained few pushups here and there so either my body hold on to gains really well which i doubt or its bollocks mate its all down to what you put in your mouth!

    depend on your goals. if you're happy to look just a little bigger than the average joe, 1-2 cycles is enough and those gains are easy to maintain.

    if you want to look like superman, then you'll need numerous cycles and super-human gains are not easy to maintain without gear

    Cool. Thats easy. 1 cycle is enough. Easy to maintain. Just dont get caught up with the "bigger is always better" trap.

    I had always planned on stopping with one. i run sust by its self i get solid gains while on
    and when im finished with my pct i retain 5-8 pounds of lean muscle . so after a few cycles
    i muscle up nicely . Bieng bigger than the normal guy is addicting as hell
    so ya u can stop. but why would ya
