not training legs is a mistake. biggest muscles in the body. pretty tough to get big if you are not working your largest muscles.
and working out your lower body will not negatively impact your upper body.
Simple terms- working legs let's mote testosterone throughout your body so actually your upper body will get bigger as tr said.
I would work on chest shoulders. You are skin and bones to some of us. No offense bro
I do leg days on Saturdays because I can't get into the mood to do them any other day of the week after working all day Monday through Friday.
Eat a bit more lean food and lift.

I just checked my height its 5'9 and just 0.2 more...weight is still 51Kgs...legs are still chicken..dont get time to work out though...i am not working out at all btw i feel no offense against any comments on my legs...they are what they are made like

First off this whole thread looks fishy, but putting that aside and assuming its a real quest for help...
At 5'9" and 112 lbs how could you be anything but shredded? Most crackheads who are your height and wieght are shredded...its really not nessacary to have gym to be shredded particularly at your age. I would start paying attention to your legs which you can workout without a gym, since without leg development you will never maximize your upper body development. You are very lucky to have the shoulder girdle and abs that you do and to waste them by not doing lower body work is sad indeed. Get a napsack full of bags of sand and do squats, run up stairs, take a bag of sand tied to a 20ft rope tied around your waist and run up a hill dragging it behind you. These simple excersizes will suffice to develop your chicken legs for the time being and this will allow you to eat and metabolize much larger quantities of food at the same rate you are doing now, which will allow your upper body to develop fully.
