    Over a year off

It's something that's been thrashing about in my head for a while.
Along with working abroad having children and getting divorced AAS has taken a back seat.

The question I'm intrigued about is if somebody hasn't introduced AAS into their system for a long time

    Sorry computer crashed

If you haven't used in over 12/18 months plus would you expect the same gains as you would of your first cycle?

We know that the first cycles offer best growth so is this a feasible statement or just crap?

I'm not asking for me I'm far to our of shape for AAS and only just got back into the routine of regular cardio to help start shift another 50/60 pounds before I even think about AAS

Your body will go to it genetic limit. Then things slow down.So it all depends on how much muscle you lost.
