    first time test

Was suggested for a first timer, meaning I have never cycled anything. That I run test first. So are we referring to test 600x or something else for a first timer. I'm 48 been training martial arts most my life .Looking for a booster for a guy that's not ready to retire just yet LOL.I will, probably never go beyond this.3 years ago I became so ill with parasites and a virus do to my plumbing trade.A holistic doctor brought me back to health. Was a God thing. So I have heard around the gym , men 45 and up taking testosterone with great benefits.Thank you

The first thing you should consider is having your blood panels taken. To see if you have low T. quite often, and for me, simply restoring your T levels through replacement therapy, to an optimum level, is all you need. it minimizes all the sides with taking large doses of test like in a cycle. if you do have low t, then try to avoid the patches, creams, and all that pvssy shit. instead, go with injections, as it is the most effective, least expensive way of administering.

    Good luck!

Sorry had to ask some people think they are steroids. I have personally never used them. But to start probably the test only. Follow the directions. Have your diet in check and work your ass off. You should be gtg. I have never seen anyone post anything negative about them. That should say a lot. IMO
