if you made it through 6 rounds that's more than 60 minutes of continuous max hrt rate exertion so impressive indeed

thankyou spy wizard, this type of training is what i have been doing for a while instead of running 25 milles a week, i have dropped my mileage down to about 12/wk and incorporated alot of stuff like this and Travis Stoetzol is a beast. i might quit running all together. This is the toughest cardio i have ever done because it get my heartrate up so quick, like 190 bpm bursts and then steady 160 bpm in between rounds. I am growing and getting my cardio in at the same time, cant beat it.
That's HARDCORE! Definitely a stamina builder and great for muscular endurance.
You guys need to check this dude out, I subscribe to him on you tube, and the Thursday throwdowns are always epic. It will take a while if your not used to functional compound movements but you can steadily add weight, good form is the key.
That is tough man, .. definitely gonna try it out sometime!!

Sorta Crossfit "ish", I can throw over my head anymore due to shoulders. That looks nice tho.
I think this is more for endurance and not so much for muscle mass
