    This is a lung and stamina killer, good HIIT workout. I made it through 6 rounds and i tapped out. The guy has a lot of other videos for you guys that are athletes or want to be more explosive.

    thankyou spy wizard, this type of training is what i have been doing for a while instead of running 25 milles a week, i have dropped my mileage down to about 12/wk and incorporated alot of stuff like this and Travis Stoetzol is a beast. i might quit running all together. This is the toughest cardio i have ever done because it get my heartrate up so quick, like 190 bpm bursts and then steady 160 bpm in between rounds. I am growing and getting my cardio in at the same time, cant beat it.

    That's HARDCORE! Definitely a stamina builder and great for muscular endurance.

    You guys need to check this dude out, I subscribe to him on you tube, and the Thursday throwdowns are always epic. It will take a while if your not used to functional compound movements but you can steadily add weight, good form is the key.

    Sorta Crossfit "ish", I can throw over my head anymore due to shoulders. That looks nice tho.

    that's pretty much what it is, I like doin sprints and burpees as finishers. I don't leave the gym anymore without doin 3 sets of 20 burpees no matter how tired I am, heartrate skyrockets with just a rotation of sprints and burpees with 30lb kettlebells.

    I think this is more for endurance and not so much for muscle mass
