    Looking great you got alot of muscle thats for sure .Have you got in touch with our brother swolecat ?If you get that bf down a little you will look even bigger .Nice traps shoulders and chest .Thats sucks about your leg bro this may be a great time to cut down with your leg being f up and all.Anyways looking swole peace

    I'm seriously considering trying to elicit Swolecat's services. It seems that everyone who talks to him has the best success they've ever had. I like to think that I have the nutrition side of things nailed down, but obviously I don't....Swolecat, if you see this and get a chance pm me!! Thanks for the feedback guys, and honestly, since I've come off the gear I've actually gained some bodyfat back since I haven't been able to do any cardio at all. No kind of cutting going on right now, I'm at about 3000 calories a day or so.

    Looking good Major. I too am looking forward to Swolecats services. I was hoping to get on his program during this cycle but that didn't happen. So far it's all good and brother...you're looking damn good. You can see a good amoutn of bf has been lost and a nice size chunk of muscle has been gained. Of course that was all the easy part, maintaining your new found size will the true battle. Good luck bro.

    You are absolutely correct....but I am finding out that it's not as hard as everyone has made me to believe...I mean, it can't get any harder after a month, can it?

    No not really, but if you start slacking just a bit in diet or workouts...you'll see alot of your gains dissapear. Sorry, I didn't mean to make ya think it's gonna be hell or something.

    Bro...I took two years to change my lifestyle...eating 6 times a day and hardcore training aren't something I do part time...it's a full time commitment that I have already made!! I absolutely see no reason to spend 1k on a cycle, just to lose 80-90% of the gains because of slacking up!!!

    If it's only been 1 month since your last shot, the as is just now wearing off bro. This is when the going is just starting to get tough to keep your gains.

    I maintained my peak bodyweight (221) last cycle up until about the 1 month post cycle mark, then my strength started to fade slowly, then I gradually dropped in weight and finally leveled out again (at 206) after several weeks of declining. (I was 194 before the cycle.) So, I ended up holding on to 12 of the 27 pounds I gained while on. And I did everything right post cycle. Calories remained the same at 3,500/day (protein at 300/day), I ran clomid for 4 weeks, cell tech for 8 weeks, continued to lift heavy, etc. IMO, if you can keep 60% of your gains, you're lucky bro.

    Me too. I'm gonna cough up the $$$ for both of Swolecat's programs after I'm done with my post-cycle recovery in early June.     Actually....it's been 6 weeks since I've stopped the test and 4 weeks since I've stopped winny...therefore Im thinking that all the gear has been out of my system at least 2 weeks if not a little bit more.

    Hopefully I will be able to maintain my gains..I will do another set of pics in another 4 weeks.
