    First cycle. need advice

    When i start the cycle i will be 160-170lbs at 5'10
    i'm running
    Tren Ace ?mgevery other day for 10 weeks
    Test Prop ?mg every other day for 10 weeks
    PGH ?iu twice a week for 10 weeks
    dianobol ?mg everyday for 4 weeks


    PCT
    Clomid (not sure here)

    diet will be

    meal 1: eggs/ chicken and protein shake

    meal 2: rice with some veggie and more chicken

    meal 3: turkey sandwich

    meal 4: pasta with chicken

    not really a strict diet, but you get the idea. i'm loading up on carbs and protein and keeping veggie intake at the lowest to prevent the shits. honestly i will eat more than that, i just wanted to give the broad direction of the diet.


    i want a conservative cycle for my first time.

    I planned on doing test with the free pgh you get. i just don't know how much, how many days a week, and for how long.

    Ill save you the trouble on waiting for feedback and be honest with you now.

    your 20, still young to get on AAS unless you want to be on TRT for the rest of your life, 25 is the recommended age.

    Your diet, it looks terrible and id suggest you post that up in the health and nutrition section. Anybody can take AAS but with a terrible diet youd be kicking yourself after when you dont make ANY gains.

    Im just telling you what the next 20 people on this thread will be telling you.

    Moral of the story, Fix you diet, train properly and wait till your 24-25.

    You've got a good 5 years before your endocrine system is fully developed. Taking AAS before that, especially Tren, will fvck you up for sure, probably permanently. The BAD news is with that diet you don't stand a chance of getting what you want. Think of it this way...if your going on a suicide mission, charging the machine gun nest, definitely going to get messed up, you don't want to do it carrying a toilet brush. The toilet brush is your diet. Just to give you a hint...protein powder PWO only. Eggs need to be at least 75-85% egg whites only. Desperately need some slow burning carb for meal 1. I like oats. You seriously need to get your macro nutrients sorted before even thinking about steroids, plus your way to young anyway. Figure out your BMR. From there figure your TDEE. Add 500-750 calories to that. 250 g needs to be protein. 4 calories= 1 gram of protein. Ditto clean carbs. Fats are 9 calories per 1 gram of fat so be careful there. If your eating enough lean protein don't worry about shits. If this seems like a lot of work, it is. If you think AAS is a short cut past this step YOUR 100% WRONG!!

    Go to the diet section dude. You've already got steroids coursing through your body right now. Take advantage of it, don't fvck it up.

    Agree w/above and your diet is off. Have to get that ironed out.
